Shipping and Returns
We offer free shipping to the continental United States with purchases over $100. We currently ship products on Mondays and Thursdays. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery in the U.S and 12-20 business days for delivery internationally.
You may return new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, however, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns. If the return is a result of our error, such as if you receive an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item as well as shipping costs. If you use the product and you find that you are not 100% happy with it please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Please keep in mind that CBD affects different people in different ways. Your dosage may need to be adjusted as every person is different.
If your order is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival; we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you may receive your money much more quickly in many cases. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If for any reason you do not receive your refund after 30 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue quickly.
